We’re Here To Help
If you don’t see what you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to send us a message directly via our contact page, or give us a call.
The only people who will work on your pieces are Johnson Jeweler team members. Our crew has extensive jewelry repair experience, and will know exactly what needs to be done. Rest assured we’ll take care of your piece as if it were our own-it will remain on premise until you pick it up.
Simple repairs can take minutes, while more complex repairs can take several days. Other factors that can affect the repair time include whether the jeweler has the necessary materials in stock or if they notice other maintenance issues.
All repairs are completed in-house at Johnson Jewelers. You drop your piece off at our location, where it makes its home until the repair is complete. Meaning, anytime you’d like an update, have a question,or just want to see how things are going, you’ll know exactly where it is.

Yes. Our repair team works on all types of jewelry regardless of where it’s purchased.
First, you come down to our store and we look at it together. We start with a brief history and overview of what you own, and what type of damage, wear, and tear has been done. From there, we’ll walk you through what repairs we think are necessary and provide a cost and time estimate. Once the estimate is approved, we complete the repairs (keeping you in the loop with any updates) and return your jewelry back to you!
Yes, we purchase many brands/varieties of jewelry & watches (some exclusions apply).
That depends on what you’re looking to do with your piece of jewelry. If you simply want to know the retail value of your piece, an appraisal is what you’re looking for. If you’re looking to sell a piece of jewelry, an Offer to Purchase is the number a buyer will pay to purchase it from you. If you’re unsure of what you need, don’t hesitate to contact us.
