Job Summary

As a Jewelry Sales Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, engaging our clientele in  a friendly and approachable way. You’ll be showcasing our exquisite collection and providing exceptional customer service – helping educate, explore, and select jewelry that makes customers say “I can’t picture wearing anything else!”. This role goes beyond selling – it’s about creating memorable experiences that keep customers coming back. If you have a love for jewelry, great communication skills, and a knack for sales, this is a great opportunity. 

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly, approachable manner
• Present and explain jewelry products to customers, highlighting their unique features and value
• Provide detailed product information regarding gemstones, metals, craftsmanship, etc.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and budget
• Handle sales transactions, including payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups and personalized service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display area
• Stay up-to-date on jewelry trends and industry developments while maintaining product knowledge 
• Collaborate with the team to support store operations and promotions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience (2-3 years) in Sales or Customer Service (experience in jewelry sales is a plus!)
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and create a positive shopping experience
• Nurture strong relationships with customers 
• Genuine interest in learning about jewelry and gemstones.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-value merchandise with care
• Passion for fashion and jewelry trends
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and move/handle inventory as needed
